My boy is the fussiest eater ever – he's fine with breakfast but we have much more trouble when it comes to Lunch and Dinner. The upshot of this is that it forces us to find creative ways to stealth-feed him some fruit and veg; savoury muffins (we still call them cakes to the kids), blended veggie pasta sauces, fruit-heavy crumbles…

We're now getting to the point where my 2 year old girl (usually a good eater) is beginning to notice and avoid the same foods as my son (ahh!) so the more tips the merrier!
