Weetabix Fuel for Big Days

My boy is the fussiest eater ever – he's fine with breakfast but we have much more trouble when it comes to Lunch and Dinner. The upshot of this is that it forces us to find creative ways to stealth-feed him some fruit and veg; savoury muffins (we still call them cakes to the kids), blended veggie pasta sauces, fruit-heavy crumbles…

I know it's not a problem unique to my little boy so it'd be great to hear what you think and whether you have any tips? If you noticed the widget on the right hand side of this post, you'll see that I've teamed up with Weetabix this week for their Weetabix Fuel for Big Days campaign which aims to get us all talking about how we keep our kids eating healthily. So click the widget or leave a comment to add to the discussion.

We're now getting to the point where my 2 year old girl (usually a good eater) is beginning to notice and avoid the same foods as my son (ahh!) so the more tips the merrier!
